Mike Lima

Mike LimaMr. Lima has successfully executed hundreds of Real Estate investment transactions, with a cumulative transaction value of approximately $100,000,000.

Such investments have included Residential Deals and Raw Land Development, ranging from single-family homes to 138-acre parcels, under various investment companies.

Mr. Lima is a former corporate executive who leveraged his previous part-time Real Estate investment activities into full-time endeavors over the course of the past 8+ years. He was born on Long Island, New York, and grew up near Philadelphia, PA.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh, and started his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr.

Lima spent 18 years in corporate management positions, where his responsibilities included Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Operations.

At the age of 26, Mr. Lima became the Corporate Controller of a $100 million consumer-products company based near Pittsburgh, PA, and later was promoted to the position of CFO.

In 1996, Mr. Lima relocated to Arizona and became a Director within a Fortune 500 technology company. Three years later, he became the COO of an international software development company (Cablesoft, later rebranded as iTRACS Corporation).

Real Estate

In Real Estate, Mr. Lima has been a part-time investor since 1992-2002, and a full time investor/developer since 2003.

His companies have executed hundreds of buy/hold transactions, hundreds of fix/flip deals, and have also wholesaled many properties.

In addition to the above business models, Mr. Lima also coaches/mentors less experienced real estate investors, has been brought in to speak as a subject-matter expert at various Real Estate seminars, and occasionally does some private lending.


Mr. Lima has been married to Terri for 15 years, and they have 3 wonderful and energetic children, including 4-year old twins.

For exercise, he enjoys endurance/cardio activities such as running and/or cycling up mountains, and playing full-court basketball.
